These terms govern use of Cybush at https://cybush.uk (“the Service”), operated by Simon Bushell. By accessing or signing in to the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Cybush is a private app launcher and access portal. Features may change. Access to apps or areas of the Service may require invitation, administrator approval, or specific permissions.

Accounts

  • You sign in using Google Sign-In. You must have a valid Google account and authority to use it.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account while signed in.
  • We may approve, deny, suspend, or delete accounts at our discretion, including for security or policy reasons.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Reverse engineer or abuse the Service except as allowed by law

Content and apps

Apps launched through the Service may have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services linked from or embedded in the Service unless we expressly say so.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simon Bushell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
